The key cards malfunctioned too, requiring me to get them rekeyed without proper ID verification, which raised safety concerns. Despite this, the renovation clearly improved the facilities, and I felt secure with the working security cameras around the property.

Noise from the room above was unbearable, leading to restless nights after multiple complaints were ignored. The breakfast options were a letdown, with only pre-packaged Eggos offered and key cards malfunctioning frequently, raising security concerns given the lack of verification for re-keying.

Positive, I’ve stayed here twice and always found the beds super comfy. The place is clean and nice. It's quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The security cameras really help with feeling safe, too. 😊

The hotel was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. I appreciated the friendly staff and comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night’s sleep.
